RoktoBindu Foundation is a registered nonprofit organization in Bangladesh (Reg No: S-12975/2019) dedicated to blood donation coordination and healthcare support. This policy explains how we manage data for patients, donors, volunteers, and visitors.

We process personal and sensitive information only with explicit consent. All data is used strictly for humanitarian support, blood donor matching, patient verification, and emergency healthcare coordination. No data is used for commercial purposes.

We collect necessary Personal Info (Name, Phone, Email, Location) and Medical/Sensitive Info (Blood group, Condition, Hospital details, Emergency status) voluntarily provided. We also collect minimal technical logs for website performance.
4. Purpose of Collection
Your data is used to connect patients with donors, verify emergency cases, coordinate between stakeholders, improve response times, and maintain full organizational transparency and accountability.
5. Data Security
We implement strong measures: secure encrypted systems, access limited to authorized personnel only, regular internal monitoring, and secure cloud infrastructure for all data storage and processing.
6. Data Retention
We retain data only as long as necessary. Active cases stay in our system for coordination. Completed or inactive cases are either deleted or anonymized for historical record-keeping.
7. User Rights
You have full control. You may request access to your personal data, correction of inaccurate information, or complete deletion of your data by contacting our privacy team.
8. Sensitive Data Protection
Special care is taken for medical emergencies and vulnerable individuals (minors). Data is collected only with guardian consent, and additional measures protect identity and dignity with strict confidentiality.
9. Media & Ethical Photography
We follow a strict 'Consent-First' policy. All individuals featured in our media provide verbal or written consent. Photos/videos are used only to raise awareness and demonstrate the real impact of our missions.
10. Consent Revocation
If you wish to remove any image, video, or personal reference from our platform, contact us immediately. All removal requests are processed within 48 hours, no questions asked.
11. Third-Party Sharing
We DO NOT sell or trade your data. Limited information is shared only with hospitals, verified healthcare partners, or emergency responders when absolutely necessary for patient care.
12. Use of Technology & AI
We use secure digital systems and AI-assisted tools for efficiency in application assistance and data organization. AI does not replace human verification; all final decisions are made by our human team.
13. Cookies
We use minimal cookies to improve your user experience and analyze website performance. You can disable cookies in your browser settings without losing core platform functionality.
14. Jurisdiction
This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of Bangladesh. All data processing and storage comply with local legal requirements for nonprofit organizations.
